Blessings 365: Day 195: Ice

I usually tell people that we consistently have power on Mondays.  Power is ALWAYS off on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays (scheduled maintenance days)...but it's often off on Wednesdays and Fridays, too (because of "a fault on the line").

No power = No refrigerator = No ice

I like ice.

I like cold water.

Today (in a July-13th-sort-of-way), I am enjoying this:

an icy cold water bottle!

We had power and I kept it in the freezer ALL night!!  That means ice AND cold water all day!!  And that is a little bit of heaven on a hot Ugandan day!
