Blessings 365: Day 146: No-cheese lasagna

I live in Gulu, Uganda.  In Gulu, Uganda it's almost impossible to find cheese in the local stores.  And when I do find it, it smells kind of....funny.  No cheese, no lasagna, right??  nope!!


Thanks to my wonderful friend Denise Beck we can now enjoy no-cheese lasagna (and DO enjoy it very often!!).  Thanks, Denise!!

Here's why I count my blessings....
