Blessings 365: Day 74: Ethiopian food
There's an Ethiopian restaurant in town that EVERYBODY says is the best!!
We've wanted to try it for quite a while, but just never got around to it. So on Wednesday, the kids and I went there to eat after we volunteered at Watoto. It was really good!
We got a sampler platter (that came with beef tibs) and we got an order of pasta for the little kids. We were all surprised at how quickly light airy bread (called injera) that you dip into different paste-like dishes filled us up!
An added blessing....it was not expensive AT ALL!! We'll definitely be going again!!
oh my gosh - i LOVE ethiopian food!! when we lived in palestine, there were several ethiopian places in jerusalem that we went to and they were delish! i just googled to see where there is a place close to little rock - and the closest is memphis. :( maybe a road trip? glad you guys enjoyed it!
