It is such a blessing to see Scott being involved in God's work here in Northern Uganda. And Scott is LOVING it! He has truly found his calling! I love hearing him talk about how excited he gets as he and his Acholi friend park their motorcycles and walk through the bush or down a narrow dirt path to get to the village they are working at.
On Saturday at the village, the men were so excited to share what they are learning about Jesus with others who live nearby. In America hearing the good news about Jesus is often so "ho hum." We've heard it before. Same old same old. Not so here. These people are hearing about Jesus for the first time and they want to share it!!
They eagerly asked Scott and James, "When we share with others, where can they go to pray?" Scott and James were able to take them to the book of Acts and together they read about how the first church simply met in homes. So amazing!!
