I spent most of Sunday afternoon working on lesson plans for the rest of our time in Gulu before our furlough in October. It was a lot of work....but such a good feeling to see when we'll be finishing some books and starting new ones.
On Monday morning (yesterday), I could tell the kiddos enjoyed seeing the rest of the year mapped out, too. It was like they could see a light at the end of the tunnel...instead of daily plodding along, doing another workbook page or reading another chapter, ya know?!?
