We've lived in Uganda for over a year. And for over a year Scott has looked for good tortilla chips. Sometimes we find a bag....they're usually $6 or more....and the chips are usually stale. ugh....
We even tried making our own tortillas to make our own chips. But our tortillas are just too fluffy.
So we moved to Gulu and met someone who makes yummy (flat) tortillas. So I decided to try making tortilla chips with them. AND IT WORKED!!! They are DELICIOUS!! crispy, light, perfection!!
