Blessings 365: Day 156: Jackfruit

We love jackfruit!  It's a sweet rubbery fruit that's found here in Uganda.  People either love it or hate it.  We love it.  (Scott hates it, btw).

We've been craving it for several weeks now and we asked our friend Margaret to try to find us jackfruit and she finally did.  It was HUGE!!  The biggest jackfruit we've EVER seen!  

Here is Margaret cutting it in half.  She took home half to her family and we shared half as we visited with her.
