Today we had 2 special blessings (well, way more than 2 blessings...but only 2 that I'm writing about)! First of all Eric Guthrie came to see us from America. yay! He rode the Post Uganda bus (the postal bus that delivers packages from the post office in Kampala to the post office in Gulu....and places in between!). He braved the bus for 6 hours to come visit us and bring us Christmas gifts from America!! He even brought Melissa's sewing machine! woo hoo!
Thanks to GrandKate and Lydia for packing the bag so amazingly! They got TONS of things (big and small) into that bag....like Pampered Chef brown scrapers, writing pens that actually work, Playmobil, an uno card game, books, shirts, shoes, a Risk board game, deodorant, sunflower seeds, and much more. It was SO MUCH fun celebrating Christmas again!
The bus ride was awesome but getting to spend a few days with the Rackley family is even better!
