Mmm, mmm good - a coffee treat!!

So my sister shared a yummy coffee trick with me....and I'll share it here. It's getting so hot that hot coffee makes me hot and irritable (not what my kiddos want!). So I was talking with Katelyn about switching over to iced coffee. That's when my sister, Kathy, passed on a great idea. Make coffee, you can even add creamer if that's how you really like it. Then put it in ice cube trays and freeze yet. Yep, make coffee ice cubes. THEN when you want to cool your coffee off, you use the coffee ice cubes and voila...no watery, diluted coffee. Thanks, Kath!
